Develop and implement repair and service solutions that drive parts sales and customer retention. Own the aftermarket lifecycle for your product group—covering branding, IP, supplier agreements, serviceability, and design changes. Create total cost of ownership models and deliver revenue improvement analysis to support business cases. Champion continuous improvement, using key metrics to drive parts revenue and POPS (percentage of parts sales) growth.
