An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a well-established law firm within their Conveyancing team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, an excellent telephone manner, and a positive, can-do attitude.
Responsibilities include:
* General administration including scanning, filing, audio typing, handling telephone enquiries, and archiving
* Supporting fee earners with anti-money laundering procedures and file closures
* Typing documents as dictated by fee earners (audio typing skills are essential)
* Document production, including creating and amending documents from templates in line with firm standards
What we need from you:
* Previous experience as a Conveyancing Secretary is essential
* High attention to detail and strong accuracy in work
* Excellent client service skills and a professional telephone manner
* Able to work collaboratively within a team
* Positive and flexible approach to tasks
* Familiarity with SOS Connect is advantageous but not required
* Accurate typing skills are essential
The Perks:
* Salary up to £26,000 FTE
* 25 days holiday + bank holidays
This is a part-time role, 3 days a week. Your working days will be Monday, Tuesday and the third day is flexible.
