As a Youth Support Worker, you’ll provide specialist care and guidance to young people facing complex challenges. You’ll act as a keyworker, offering consistency, support, and advocacy while promoting safety and personal growth.
Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
Safeguard and challenge young people appropriately
Create care plans and progress reports
Lead educational, recreational, and physical activities
Ensure compliance with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015

Pay range and compensation package
Salary: £30,024 - £33,669 plus allowances, enhanced hours, and sleep-in payments (total package: £Competitive Salary: £30,024 - £41,858 per annum (inclusive of allowances)
