What you'll be doing
– Payroll Support
Assisting with payroll processing, including the collection and accurate input of hours, expenses, and pension contributions
Setting up new starters and maintaining payroll records
Responding to payroll queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the smooth and accurate completion of each payroll cycle
- Administration Support
Providing administrative support across the full employee lifecycle
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records
What we're looking for
Someone with an eagle eye for detail, who enjoys working with data and managing spreadsheets
Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English
At least 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a basic understanding of UK employment law
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and payroll systems
A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to work well as part of a team
A high level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information
