Responsibilities
* Be accountable for delivering top financial results across each department, by offering a first-class experience for your associates and customers.
* Ensure all processes and standards are met in line with FCA regulations, maintaining showroom excellence in line with manufacturer standards.
* Champion outstanding customer service, coaching your team to deliver the same level of excellence.
* Lead all aspects of the dealership, including new and used car sales, associated products, parts, labour and aftersales care.
* Recruit, develop and retain talented associates, with regular reviews, training and progression plans.
* Build meaningful manufacturer relationships by implementing brand strategies, policies and procedures to an exceptional level.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Proven top-performer at leadership level within the automotive sector, driven by a passion for the industry.
* Knowledgeable of vehicle, consumer credit and trade practice legislation, with ability to satisfy GI Compliance and be of good financial repute.
* Experience in managing budgets and leading high performing teams, with a focus on motivating and coaching your team.
* Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
