Spire Thames Valley, rated Good by the CQC, is a well-established hospital delivering comprehensive treatments and care to patients in the M4 corridor, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Windsor areas. We offer a comprehensive range of services including surgery, diagnostics and physiotherapy.
The hospital is only 10 minutes drive from both the M4 and M40 and less than half an hour from central London.

Key aspects of your role will include:
1. Supporting and contributing to the development of high-performing hospital teams who are engaged in the Spire vision and purpose.
2. Assisting in the delivery of local hospital and group-wide change, transformation and business improvement projects.
3. Playing a key role in managing hospital capacity to ensure efficiency, support growth opportunities, and meet business objectives.
4. Contributing to commercial growth by identifying and helping to develop local business opportunities and partnerships.

To be considered for this role you will need to be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role (such as Hospital Director) within the healthcare provider sector. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate transparent and engaging leadership, a focus on excellence in customer service and keen business acumen.
