Overview
We have Newly Qualified Social Worker vacancies across the different children\'s social work teams in Worcestershire. Vacancies are across the Family Front Door (Initial assessment teams), Locality (Child Protection and Care Proceedings) and Through Care (Children Looked After) teams. Interviews will identify your preference and best match for your skills and experience.
Starting Salary £33,699 rising to £35,412 at the end of your ASYE. You\'ll move up the Children\'s Social Worker pay scale. Responsibilities
* Work within designated teams (Family Front Door; Locality; Through Care) and contribute to safeguarding and child welfare processes.
* Maintain a protected caseload of a maximum of 12 cases.
* Receive co-working support from an Advanced Social Work Practitioner who will provide reflective supervision sessions.
* Participate in protected development time (10% of your week) and engage in Action Learning Sessions.
