Service/Parts Advisor role required in Richmond for a Main Dealer.
Salary DOE £26k + Bonus
Working hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and every other Saturday 8am-1pm.
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service/Parts Advisor to join our dynamic team in Richmond. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Greet customers and assess their service/parts needs, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Advisory Role: Provide expert advice on vehicle service and maintenance, as well as parts and accessories.
* Sales: Promote and sell service and parts, including up-selling additional services and products when appropriate.
* Order Management: Process and track orders for parts and ensure timely delivery.
* Inventory Control: Assist in managing inventory levels and stock control.
* Liaison: Act as a liaison between the service department and the customer to ensure smooth and efficient service.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
* Strong knowledge of automotive parts and services.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Proficient in using computer systems and software related to parts and service.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* High attention to detail and organizational skills.
* A valid driver’s license.
