BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR\n\nRole Purpose\n\nTo manage all internal sales and business development activity, supporting branch growth and delivering excellent customer service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Handle customer enquiries professionally via phone and email.\n\n * \n\n Identify and develop new business opportunities, including dormant accounts.\n\n * \n\n Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotations and orders accurately and promptly.\n\n * \n\n Chase quotes, orders, and purchase orders to drive sales conversion.\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate records within the CRM system, including notes, files, and job documentation.\n\n * \n\n Work closely with Area Sales Managers and follow company sales strategies.\n\n * \n\n Provide general sales administration and support as required by the Branch Manager.\n\nSkills & Experience\n\n * \n\n Proven sales experience with a strong customer-focused approach.\n\n * \n\n Excellent communication and telephone skills.\n\n * \n\n Organised, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.\n\n * \n\n Capable of working independently and as part of a team.\n\nMUST HAVE PROVEN HISTORY OF COLD CALLING AS THIS ROLE IS PREDOMINANTLY NEW BUSINESS DRIVEN\n\nSalary & Benefits\n\n * £26,000-£28,500\n\n * Working Hours 8-5PM\n\n * Individual Bonus Scheme
