Role and Responsibilities:
We seek a talented and experienced Service Leader to manage an Extra Care service in Knowsley. You will have experience in health or social care, a positive attitude, and a passion for community support. You will also have experience supporting individuals with complex needs requiring intensive support planning and management to ensure safety and quality of life. Basic IT skills are required, with training available. A professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, NVQ Level 4) is required. The role will be led by a Registered Manager.
