Warehouse Assistant
Location: Longtown, Cumbria
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time (Monday to Friday)
NXT Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Assistant. This role is suited to someone who enjoys hands-on, practical work and is comfortable with repetitive tasks in a busy warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities:
• Unpack and check deliveries as they arrive
• Pick and pack products ready for dispatch
• Carry out routine stock handling and replenishment
• Assist with loading and unloading vans
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times
• Support with general day-to-day warehouse duties as required
About you:
• Reliable and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive, hands-on work
• Happy to follow set processes and routines
• Good attention to detail when working with stock and orders
• Able to work well with others and follow instructions
• Forklift Licence is required
