Your new role
We’re looking for a strategic and driven Head of Key Accounts to lead our corporate sales division. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape scalable sales processes, manage key client relationships, and lead a high-performing team to exceed targets and service expectations.Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Strategy & Process Design
2. Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies.
3. Identify opportunities to enhance sales efficiency and customer experience.
4. Align sales initiatives with broader business goals.
5. Team Leadership & Management
6. Lead and mentor a team managing SLA-driven accounts.
7. Set and monitor KPIs, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
8. Drive continuous improvement and high performance.
9. Client Relationship Management
10. Manage and grow relationships with high-value corporate clients.
11. Ensure exceptional service delivery and satisfaction.
12. Act as a senior escalation point and strategic advisor.
13. Cross-Functional Collaboration
14. Partner with customer service, operations, and marketing teams.
15. Provide insights to enhance product offerings and service delivery.
16. Leverage ZOHO CRM to manage and track client engagement.
What you'll need to succeed
17. Proven experience in senior sales management within large corporations (energy, utilities, tels, insurance, or B2B services preferred).
18. Track record of designing sales processes and achieving KPIs.
19. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
20. Experience managing SLA-focused teams.
21. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, results-driven approach.

24. CRM proficiency, especially with ZOHO.
