Locations available Lincoln, Huntingdon, Colchester, Norwich.
The successful candidates will be responsible for coordinating schedules, liaising with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring all aspects of their assigned projects or events run smoothly from start to finish.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the main point of contact for allocated projects or events.
Plan, organise, and deliver activities according to agreed timelines.
Collaborate with a range of teams and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery.
Manage day-to-day event/project operations, resolving issues promptly.
Provide administrative and office support to maintain smooth workflows.
Ensure all work aligns with business objectives and quality standards.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven organisational and coordination skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Previous experience in project, event, or administrative coordination.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
