Your role and responsibilities as Deputy Manager
1. This role is ideally suited to someone with two years of experience in children's residential care who is ready to enhance their leadership skills within a progressive and collaborative environment.
2. Your role as a Deputy Manager will be to support the Registered Manager by organising and leading a team of Residential Support Workers. You will lead the team as their role model, planning shifts, and working as part of the rota.
3. You will work with your team to promote the principles of therapeutic parenting as a way of caring for children and young people.
