The Role
Whilst an existing following is palatable, it is also not a necessity. The role will be suitable for an entrepreneurial individual who has a clear plan as to how they can contribute to the continued growth and success of this department.
Your work will span the full spectrum of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity transactions.
You'll have the opportunity to advise an already existing diverse client base, from entrepreneurs and SMEs to financial institutions and FTSE 100 companies, ensuring a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload whilst also being heavily involved in business development.
