We are currently working with a rapidly growing insolvency practice based in Sheffield who is going through a really exciting time. Our client is looking for someone who loves Insolvency and wants to develop their skills along side a great friendly and very experienced team.
What is our client looking for?
* Ideally you will be an individual who is keen to progress and develop their insolvency career.
* Have at least 2yrs experience of insolvency
* A working knowledge of Microsoft products and ideally IPS however training can be provided.
* A good communicator with excellent numeracy skills and be able to demonstrate good report writing skills.
* Be able work under own initiative whilst being a strong team member.
* Highly confidential.
* Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include:.
* Communicate with creditors assisting and advising with any queries.
* Take responsibility for ongoing compliance on own portfolio of cases.
* Raise queries on issues from live casework with Manager and/or IP.
* Provide support and assistance to junior members of the team.
* Attending site visits as and when required.
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with banks/lawyers/financial institutions.
* Maintain and update IPS.
