Worthing College, part of the Chichester College Group, is recruiting Examinations Invigilators – multiple positions available. £14.61 per hour. Bank / variable hours.
Do you want to work in a flexible role that supports students as they undertake their examinations? We are looking to appoint more Examinations Invigilators to join our friendly team at Worthing College, set in a fantastic 18-acre parkland campus.
You will be setting up and invigilating a variety of paper-based and computer-based examinations, helping to ensure they are conducted in accordance with internal procedures and JCQ/exam board regulations. Full training is provided, and examinations take place throughout the academic year, with main seasons in November – January and May/June.
Responsibilities
* Set up examination rooms and assist with invigilation to ensure examinations run smoothly and in compliance with internal procedures and JCQ/exam board regulations.
* Monitor examinations to maintain a calm, orderly environment and support candidates as needed.
Requirements / Skills
* Confident communicator with good organisational and interpersonal skills; keen eye for detail.
