Founded in 1978, Clark Contracts is a privately owned main contractor with several operating divisions including Construction, Fit Out, Refurbishment, Housing and Maintenance. We employ over 280 people with offices in the East and West of Scotland.
It's an exciting time for both our Housing Division and our Development Partner Nova Homes and we have a unique opportunity for a Graduate Land and Development Coordinator to join our team.
This role is ideally suited to a recent graduate or someone due to graduate soon who is looking to build a career in land acquisition, property development, housing or real estate. Working alongside an experienced team, you will gain exposure to the full development lifecycle, helping to identify and assess land opportunities that support the continued growth of our Housing Division and Nova Homes.
These opportunities will be predominantly within the RSL/Affordable Housing Sector.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Graduate Land and Development Coordinator, you will support the team in identifying, researching and assessing land opportunities while developing a strong understanding of the land acquisition and development process.

This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Head Office in Paisley. Due to the nature of the role, travel throughout Scotland will be required.
