Natta Building Company is looking for a proactive and organised Hire Controller to join our Plant Department at Head Office. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication and coordination skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate with customers and site teams to manage all plant and tool hire requirements.
* Use the Hire Management software Syrinx to create hire contracts, orders, and associated documentation.
* Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to source equipment and manage deliveries/collections.
* Maintain accurate databases, records, and files to support efficient department operations.
* Work closely with Plant Department colleagues to resolve queries and ensure seamless workflow.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Hire Controller or related administrative role (preferred but not essential).
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with Syrinx Hire Management software is advantageous (training can be provided).
