We are seeking a confident, motivated, and dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Addington, starting as soon as possible. The Role As a Year 5 Teacher, you will plan, deliver, and assess lessons that challenge pupils while supporting a wide range of learning needs. You will use assessment effectively to track progress, identify gaps, and adapt teaching to ensure strong outcomes for all pupils. Encouraging independence, critical thinking, and positive learning behaviours will be central to your classroom practice. You will work closely with teaching assistants and colleagues to ensure consistent approaches across the phase. Building strong relationships with parents and carers will also be an important part of the role, supporting pupil progress both in school and at home.
