Our Client is an award-winning family-owned British organic grower, miller and food producer based in Berkshire, who are also the UK’s number one organic flour brand dedicated to crafting only the best from sustainably grown ingredients. We are now supporting them in trying to recruit 3 talented National Account Managers who have broad FMCG food sales experience. They have one position open that will support Grocery Multiple Retail Stores, one open for Wholesale Stores & Convenience and another one open which is more focused on Manufacturing. Reporting to their Head of Sales, you will be responsible for building and maintaining their relationships with major customers, where strong negotiation and influencing skills are a prerequisite. Working as a key member of their sales team, these roles will be responsible for leading the interface between the business, their customers, and the achievement of company sales, share, revenue and profit goals. These are demanding roles which will require drive, ambition, and enthusiasm, combined with a high level of technical skills such as selling, negotiation, forecasting and commercial awareness. Equally the ability to foster outstanding customer relationships. A key aspect of these roles will be the daily interaction with other functions within the business, so you will need to demonstrate success in working as part of a cross functional team. Detailed duties and responsibilities will be: Manage current customer portfolio. Build & deliver channel plan to achieve company goals. Pricing & terms negotiation. Joint business planning General customer management. Attendance at sales exhibitions. Monthly forecasting. You will have the following qualifications & experience: Should ideally be educated with a Degree or equivalent, although plenty of relevant experience will be considered. You should be a highly skilled National Account Manager with broad FMCG food sales experience. You will need to be commercially astute and able to collaborate and influence effectively.
