About the Team:

Stratford District Family Help Team are looking for a social worker seeking to make a difference to join our family-focused team based in Stratford Upon Avon. With offices based just outside Stratford Upon Avon town centre the service works with children from 0-18 covering a range of work from supporting families on a Child In Need basis through to child protection, PLO, court work, children in care and adoption.

We are looking for committed, enthusiastic and motivated child focused social workers to help us improve the outcomes for our young people, ensuring their voice is heard and remains central within our decision-making processes. We are able to offer a supportive management team, an established ASYE and ongoing training programme as well as a clear career pathway to support social workers to achieve their potential and be the best they can be.

About the Role:

We are recruiting for the role of Social Worker in our Stratford Family Help Team covering Stratford District on a permanent basis

* Working with children from 0-18
* Child In Need
* Children’s Safeguarding
* PLO & court work,
* Children in Care & Adoption.

Newly Qualified Social Worker/ASYE/Grade J:

Up to £41,438.00per annum. Including a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement, which is subject to tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be availableif the relevant policy criteria are met– T&C's apply.)

Experienced Social Worker - Grade K:

Up to £52,210.00 per annum. Including a £3,500 pro-rated market supplement which is subject to pension, tax and NI deductions - T&C's apply. (Relocation Allowance up to £8,000 may be availableif the relevant policy criteria are met– T&C's apply.)

Key Requirements:

Applicants for the role will need a professional Social Work qualification and Social Work England Registration.
