A leading Birmingham-based architectural practice is seeking an experienced Job Runner, either a qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist, with a strong background in healthcare design. Lead and manage healthcare projects from inception through to completion
Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors
Produce detailed working drawings and technical packages
Ensure compliance with current UK building regulations and healthcare standards
Conduct site inspections and manage project delivery on-site
Manage project timelines and resource planning
Supervise and support junior team membersThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Substantial UK-based experience
Demonstrable experience in running healthcare projects independently
Strong technical ability and knowledge of UK building regulations
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
