We are looking for an Internal Recruiter for one of our Bournemouth based clients and they are looking for someone who loves to chat, a people person, who is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done whilst advancing their own career and earning potential.?You DO NOT need previous recruitment experience to be successful however this might be advantageous, but our client is is looking for a person with great people skills over experience.


You will be a key team player within our clients office, building relationships with their candidates via email, telephone and face to face. You will have one of the largest impacts on the business, recruiting into their sales department and helping the company achieve their targets.
