Flourish is recruiting Sales Development Representatives for one of the UK’s leading fuel distributors. Join a fast-growing team in their fuel solution division and play a key role in driving new business through outbound sales.

What You’ll Do:
* Drive New Business: Make outbound sales calls to engage new clients and promote fuel card solutions
* Convert Leads: Follow up on warm inbound leads and turn interest into action
* Build Relationships: Guide new customers through onboarding and encourage early usage
* Own Your Pipeline: Stay on top of follow-ups, manage your CRM, and hit activity targets
* Retain & Grow: Use a consultative approach to build trust and long-term value
What We’re Looking For:
* Confident communicator with strong phone and email skills
* Organised and able to manage multiple leads at once
* Familiar with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
* Self-motivated and target-driven
* Positive, customer-first mindset with a solution-oriented attitude
