Early Years Practitioner - Near Melksham

We are working with an established and growing nursery near Melksham to find a qualified Early Years Practitioner for their Baby Room. The nursery has a strong reputation built on consistency, quality and a team culture that supports everyone to do their best work.
You will be someone who loves being hands-on, is comfortable getting stuck in outdoors and messy play alike, and understands the value of building genuine relationships with young children and their families. A Level 3 Early Years qualification is preferred, although Level 2 candidates will be considered. 2 years experience in a similar setting is also preferred.
Role Overview:
* Located near Melksham
* Based in the Baby Room
* Full-time, 40 hours Monday to Friday
* Permanent position
* Start from 13th April, or sooner if possible
* All year round (including school holidays)
* £22,568 – £27,040 per year
The Ideal Candidate Will:
* Possess a valid DBS on the update service (or we can process a new one for you).
* Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification
* Have at least two years of experience working within an early years or childcare setting.
* Possess a strong understanding of child development and how young children learn.
* Be passionate about creating engaging, nurturing experiences that support every child's growth and development.
* Have the communication skills to build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and colleagues alike.
* Be a natural team player who contributes to a collaborative and supportive working environment
* Be confident managing the demands of a busy nursery setting while maintaining a positive atmosphere.
