About the team and the role
We aim to make shopping simple, smart, and inspiring for our customers while achieving commercial goals. As part of the Merchandising team, your role is to inspire customers and ensure smooth customer journeys through excellent shop-keeping.
As an Ecommerce Merchandising Executive, you will plan, brief, execute, and optimize onsite merchandising on Ocado.com. You will collaborate with stakeholders and creative teams to deliver campaigns on time, use merchandising levers to drive trade, and review performance data for continuous improvement.
What you’ll do
* Review and analyze data & insights to report on Ecommerce KPI performance, implementing actions to improve results.
* Utilize merchandising levers to enhance conversion and customer experience.
* Execute merchandising and campaign plans.
* Use various systems to launch, optimize, and update campaigns, product listings, and content, including media assets and tagging.
* Build relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
* Monitor other ecommerce sites for best practices and innovations to drive optimization and testing at Ocado.
Who you are
* Excellent attention to detail, capable of producing high-quality work.
* Confident in working with internal systems, spreadsheets, and presentations.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient with Excel and quick to learn new systems.
* Organized problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities.
* Customer-focused with an understanding of customer needs.
* Results-oriented, proactive, and data-driven in decision-making.
