Job Title: Group Data Executive
Location: Head Office, Stoke-on-Trent (on‑site only – not remote or hybrid)
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Start Date: Immediate
About The Role
We are looking for a driven, commercially minded and results‑focused individual to join the expanding marketing team at Holdcroft. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in our ongoing digital transformation and contribute directly to the performance and optimisation of marketing activity across the group.
You will bring energy, curiosity, and a proactive mindset, with a strong interest in data‑led decision making and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee data collection, processing, and analysis across marketing activities.
* Handle all data requests for marketing campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
* Develop and improve efficient data processes and workflows.
* Clean and maintain high‑quality data in collaboration with wider teams.
* Manage data collection projects from initiation through to completion.
* Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and integrity.
* Ensure full data compliance across the group, including GDPR, advertising standards, financial compliance, manufacturer requirements, and brand guidelines.
* Carry out in‑depth analysis and produce clear, actionable reports.
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
* Support compliance across Holdcroft and all partner brands.

* Experience working with data in a marketing or commercial environment.
* Can manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* Confident working with large datasets and producing insights.
* Understands the importance of data compliance and governance.
* Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑focused environment.
* Brings a positive, can‑do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Additional Information
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our Stoke‑on‑Trent head office. Please note this role does not offer remote or hybrid working.
