We are currently seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer to support site operations across social housing projects. This role is key to ensuring strong communication between tenants, clients, and site teams, while helping deliver internal/external refurbishments, paving, fencing, and sustainability works. 6-8 Weeks work - Chorley Key Responsibilities: Act as the main point of contact between tenants, site teams, and clients Manage enquiries, resolve complaints, and provide regular updates to all stakeholders Coordinate community engagement and social value initiatives Carry out site visits and face-to-face interactions with tenants and clients Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communications Promote success stories and contribute to marketing efforts What We're Looking For: Experience in a customer-facing role (ideally in social housing) Previous liaison experience on tenanted refurbishment projects is highly desirable Confident communicator with solid IT and admin skills Full UK Driving Licence required Flexible with travel and working hours...
