In this role, you will work closely with teachers to support learning across the curriculum, lead small group sessions, and take on whole class teaching when required. Key Responsibilities Supporting the planning and delivery of lessons across a range of year groups Leading small group interventions and occasional whole-class teaching Assisting with monitoring and assessing pupil progress Helping to create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment Collaborating with teachers and support staff to meet individual learning needs ✅ What We’re Looking For HLTA qualification (or equivalent Level 4 or above) Demonstrated experience working in a primary school setting Strong understanding of the National Curriculum Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills A patient, nurturing, and flexible approach to supporting children Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team ⭐ Desirable Skills (Not Essential) Experience supporting children with SEN (e.g., autism, dyslexia, speech and language needs) Confidence using educational technology to enhance learning A proactive attitude with the ability to adapt to different classroom situations Why Work with Teaching Personnel?
