Duties of the Car Sales Executive
- Sell new and used vehicles within a fast-paced dealership environment
- Present vehicle features and benefits to customers to assist in vehicle selection
- Manage customer enquiries and guide buyers through the entire sales process
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business
- Sell finance, insurance, and additional products in line with customer needs and regulatory standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and objectives
- Support the dealership's reputation for high stock turnover and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous automotive sales experience is highly desirable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
