Role: Behaviour Support Worker Location: Southampton Working Hours: Full-time (8:30am – 3:30pm) Start Date: September 2025 About the School & Role: Located in Southampton, our Alternative Provision serves secondary students facing social, emotional, and mental health difficulties, including those displaying challenging behaviours. The successful Behaviour Support Worker will work either 1:1 or within small groups, providing emotional and behavioural support alongside academic assistance to help students overcome barriers and succeed.
