Salary: From £28,000 base, £30,000 guaranteed in the first 12 months. £35,000 OTE
Must Have: A Full UK Driving License
Responsibilities
* Build long-term relationships with customers, managing the service journey end-to-end and representing the Toyota brand.
* Deliver exceptional aftersales customer care by building rapport, understanding needs, and guiding customers to the right products and services.
* Provide accurate estimates, manage scheduling and workshop coordination, and ensure a seamless end-to-end service experience.
* Identify sales opportunities, promote genuine parts and services, collaborate with colleagues, and follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proven high level of customer service skills and enjoyment in working with people.
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an automotive setting (not essential).
* Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex matters in understandable terms.
* Ability to take initiative and ownership of issues with a proactive can-do attitude.
* Ability to multi-task, switch between tasks while remaining organised.
* Team player who offers help and support to others.
* Willingness to learn and keep up to date with product and technical information.
* Thrives in a high-pressure environment.
