The Role As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our repair teams and ensuring the workshop runs efficiently. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, managing, and delivering the right parts at the right time, enabling the delivery of top quality repairs to our customers. Key Responsibilities Accurately identify, source, and order parts for repairs Collaborate with technicians and estimators to ensure parts availability Maintain stock control and reduce waste or delays Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams Ensure all parts processes meet company standards and audit requirements What We’re Looking For Previous experience in a parts advisor or similar role (automotive or accident repair preferred) Strong organisational and communication skills Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving mindset IT literate with experience using parts management systems A reliable team player who values doing things properly Why Join Us in Swindon?
