Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to join the world's most broadly-based healthcare company supporting their business as a Customer Service Representative (Nordic Speaking). This is a full-time ongoing temporary role, working Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 4.00pm and Friday 8.00am - 3.30pm - 37 hours per week. The pay rate is £12.87 per hour, rising to £13.23 after 3 months. The role is based at their prestigious site in Wokingham, currently offering a hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home, with flexibility required.

If you have experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or vision care sectors, we would like to hear from you, although this is not essential.
Responsibilities:
* This role supports the Nordic markets (Sweden, Finland, Norway & Denmark), dealing with inbound calls from healthcare customers.
* Act as the primary contact between the business and its customers, demonstrating excellent customer service in every interaction.
* Processing telephone orders, enquiries, complaints, and requests for information.
* Arranging returns and credits to customers' accounts.
* Providing updates to customers and collecting feedback on customer satisfaction.
* Managing relationships between stakeholders across the business.
* Maintaining corporate SLAs and individual KPIs.
* Responding to email enquiries from customers.
* Maintaining customer and product knowledge.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Finnish (other Nordic languages such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish considered) and proficiency in English.
* Strong customer focus.
* Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Experience working in a contact centre environment.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Good computer skills, including data input and knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and busy environment.
* Organizational, numerical, and administrative skills.
* Willingness to take ownership of issues and resolve them when necessary.
