About the Role – you
will:
* Manage the reception/front desk and
operations
* Manage
the reservation system and optimise table allocation for maximum
efficiency
* Coordinate
seating, waiting lists, table assignments and manage guest flow
* Collaborate
with front-of-house and kitchen teams to maintain smooth service flow
* Handle
guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism
* Manage
guest feedback and reviews
* Supervise
hosts and hostesses, ensuring attentive and polished guest greetings
About You – you will
have:
· Previous
experience managing reception or front of house operations preferably within
high end hospitality
· Excellent
communication and organisational skills
· The ability to work
under pressure in a fast-paced setting
·
A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
·
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
·
Strong leadership and team management abilities
·
A good working knowledge of reservation software and table management
systems (Seven Rooms, OpenTable and/or Triple Seat) is preferable
