The Plough is a fantastic independent, quaint gastro pub in the village of Rottingdean and we are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Head Chef to join our team.
The role responsibilities will include...
* Managing the kitchen day to day
* Creating menus and daily specials
* Completing daily eho checks online
* Building and training a new kitchen team
* Leasing with managers to ensure smooth operations
* Building on the reputation for quality food offering
