What will the part-time Accounts Assistant role involve?
Processing transactional activities, including accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
Assisting with payroll and employee expense processing.
Supporting month-end and year-end financial procedures.
Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless and compliant financial operations.
Suitable Candidate for the part-time Accounts Assistant vacancy:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or similar accounting support roles.
Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to prioritise and work efficiently within deadlines.
