Busy Newport based Architectural studio is looking for an experienced Architectural Technician/ Technologist for their business. They are ideally looking for a mid to senior level professional due to someone retiring.
Responsibilities
* Role will involve complicated working drawings, technical detailing, UK Buiding Regulations and supporting the technical team on a range of Housing and Residential projects.
* Liaise with consultants and external clients and communicate efficiently.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Wealth of Residential and Housing experience.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
* Ability to hit deadlines, good attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
