This role sits within the pre-construction team, supporting the planning and coordination of passive fire survey programmes across live contracts. The position has become available due to an increase in administrative workload and the need for additional coordination support to ensure projects remain on programme. The successful candidate will play an important role in organising resident access and coordinating survey works, ensuring surveyors are able to attend site and complete works in line with contract deadlines.
