We are looking for an HR Administrator with 12 months experience to join their busy team. This is a hybrid role, with 3 days in Ipswich office and 2 days remote.
Requirements include:
* HR experience, strong educational background, and solid Word and Excel skills.
* Preparing job requisitions, offer approvals, and job changes within HR system (SuccessFactors).
* Managing reference requests and preparing employment references.
* Updating SuccessFactors with employee details ensuring data accuracy.
* Preparing contracts, new starter packs, and creating electronic employee files.
* Coordinating first day activities and group induction sessions.
* Arranging feedback sessions with new employees.
* Handling documentation for employee lifecycle events and contingent workers.
* Conducting exit interviews.
* Building relationships with the global HR community and supporting system/process education.
* Conducting pre-employment background checks and verifying right to work documentation.
* Supporting grievance and disciplinary processes with minute taking.
* Assisting with monthly payroll preparations.
