Our leading Real Estate Management client is seeking an Administrator to join the business on a permanent basis. Working from the West London office, you will play a key role in supporting the Property Management Team in running a local high end portfolio

£27-28k basic (depending on experience) + Benefits (regular reviews)
25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays + Birthday leave
Monday to Friday only - 37.5 hours per week Duties Include:
Supporting with processing resident documents and data
Booking contractors
Managing contractor keys and access
Organising and coordinating meetings and diaries
Managing keys release to contractors
Overseeing general enquires
General administration duties Experienced Required:
Proven Administration experience
Good customer skills
Highly organised and good levels of attention to detail
Good level of IT skills and use of CRM
