Flamborough CE (VC) Primary School has an exciting opportunity for a Teaching Assistant. We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support high-quality learning across the school, working closely with teachers to help children flourish both academically and socially. A strong understanding of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is essential, along with the ability to adapt learning, provide targeted interventions, and build positive, trusting relationships with pupils.

We are looking for someone who can:
4. Form strong relationships with children based on trust
5. Engage and enthuse children with their learning
6. Remain patient, calm and understand the needs of individual children
7. Demonstrate high expectations so that children can reach their full potential
8. Understand how children make small steps of progress to reach an end goal
9. Work well with teaching staff / SENCO to organise, facilitate and assess learning
