🔍 The Opportunity
We're looking for a GCP Data & AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge, scalable data platforms on Google Cloud Platform. This is more than just a technical role — you'll work closely with business leaders, drive cloud strategies, and directly engage with Google Cloud teams to co-develop go-to-market solutions.

đź”§ Responsibilities
* Define and lead the data strategy for enterprise clients using Google Cloud’s native services.
* Architect end-to-end GCP data solutions including BigQuery, DataProc, Dataform, Composer, and Pub/Sub.
* Lead and mentor data engineering teams in the delivery of large-scale data platforms.
* Translate business needs into technical solutions, engaging both C-suite and engineering stakeholders.
* Own data quality, pipeline orchestration, and cloud best practices across data lakes and warehouses.
* Collaborate directly with Google teams to shape client solutions and unlock cloud funding/programmes.
đź§ Required Experience
* Proven experience as a data architect or lead data engineer building scalable, secure GCP solutions.
* Expertise in data warehousing and data lake patterns, including ingestion, governance, and quality.
* Strong technical skills in BigQuery, DataProc, Dataform, Composer, Pub/Sub.
* Fluent in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
* Experience with BI tools like Looker or Power BI.
* Strong client-facing and communication skills — able to lead conversations with both business and technical stakeholders.
🎯 Desirable
* Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification.
* Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or Azure.
* Understanding of DataOps, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and DevOps culture.
* Background in consulting or working in client-facing delivery roles.
