Role Overview: As a Sales Development Representative, you will identify and qualify leads, initiate contact with potential customers, and set appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Research and identify potential leads via online platforms, social media, and industry events.
2. Conduct outbound prospecting through email and LinkedIn outreach to generate interest.
3. Engage in cold calling to connect with prospects.
4. Qualify leads by understanding their needs and purchasing authority.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop prospecting strategies and messaging.
6. Schedule meetings with qualified leads.
7. Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
8. Stay informed about our products, industry trends, and competitors.
9. Achieve targets for cold calling and email outreach.
10. Meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting quotas.
About You:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proven success in prospecting is preferred.
* Comfortable making cold calls and speaking to anyone.
* Highly organized with good time management.
* Goal-oriented with a history of meeting targets.
* Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
* Self-motivated, proactive, resilient, and positive.
* Experience in sales, lead generation, or customer service is advantageous.
