SES Engineering Services, a leading Tier 1 Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) contractor, is seeking an exceptional leader as Regional Managing Director for our Northern Business, covering the North West, North East, Yorkshire, and Scotland. This is a high-impact role with strategic influence across key regions.
About The Role
Reporting to the Executive SES Managing Director, the Regional Managing Director will lead the strategic and operational functions of the SES Northern region. The ideal candidate is a visionary leader with a proven ability to drive business growth, enhance team performance, and optimise operational efficiency. This role involves working closely with senior management to develop and execute strategies that align with the company's overall goals, ensuring exceptional service delivery to clients.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Developing and executing the regional business strategy to ensure sustainable growth and profitability.
2. Overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, and optimising resources to meet operational and budgetary targets.
3. Leading and mentoring high-performing teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, while cultivating strong client and stakeholder relationships.
4. Monitoring market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with other regional leaders to ensure alignment across the organisation.
