At Ballers, we pride ourselves on blending traditional Neapolitan techniques with bold Spanish flavours to create a unique dining experience. We’re seeking a talented individual who knows how to work the dough, master the oven, and serve up mouthwatering pizzas with flair.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and cook Neapolitan-style pizzas to the highest standard, with a signature twist.
2. Operate and maintain our pizza oven.
3. Hand-stretch dough, apply toppings, and cook pizzas to perfection.
4. Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment.
5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth, efficient service.
6. Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Pizzaiolo, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
2. Strong knowledge of Neapolitan pizza-making techniques.
3. Ability to work in a high-energy, high-volume kitchen.
4. Passion for fresh, quality ingredients and innovative flavour combinations.
5. Team player with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
6. Ability to work evenings and weekends.
