While we dont have live vacancies today, by applying here, youll be reviewed first when roles go live and contacted by a recruiter directly.If youre looking for a stepping stone into a career in technology, this could be your next move.Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7am - 6pmWe are a Living Wage EmployerYour roleIn this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing 1st line IT support and ensuring a great service experience.What youll doRespond to customer requests via telephone, email, and web chatLog all requests using the appropriate call logging softwareResolve issues or provide advice and guidance where possible over the phoneAssign calls to the relevant support teams when neededAction Back Office requests when requiredAdvise customers and support teams on known problems/workaroundsKeep customers updated on the progress of their request or incidentContribute to team success by meeting agreed personal targetsYou can bring your whole self to work.
