Lead – Analytics Support & Client Profitability (Banking)
A global financial services organisation is seeking a senior analytics leader to head up a frontline support team for a flagship client profitability platform used across corporate and commercial banking.
This is a high-impact, highly visible role sitting at the intersection of data, finance, and business—supporting relationship managers and senior stakeholders with insight into client performance, return metrics, and portfolio optimisation.
Key responsibilities
* Lead and develop a specialist analytics support team delivering against SLAs in a fast-paced environment
* Act as the key interface between business, finance, and technology teams to resolve complex data and reporting queries
* Drive continuous improvement across processes, automation, and data quality
* Own stakeholder engagement across global teams, influencing decision‑making and prioritisation
* Partner with IT and product teams to enhance platform capability and user experience
What we’re looking for
* 10+ years’ experience in banking analytics, finance, or data‑led roles
* Strong understanding of financial metrics, profitability models, and client analytics
* Proven leadership experience managing teams and complex stakeholder environmentsTechnical exposure to tools such as Python, SQL, or similar
* Experience operating in regulated environments with strong governance awareness
