Overview
The Stylist at Jo Malone London delivers exceptional customer service in our boutiques, entertaining visitors and showcasing The World of Jo Malone London to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts. The role emphasizes generosity, creativity, curiosity and kindness, including experiences such as the Hand and Arm massage, wedding consultations, floral crowns, graffiti art, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes. The primary responsibility is to provide outstanding customer service and to meet service goals, while maintaining the store environment and assisting with opening/closing and housekeeping duties.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications
* The ideal candidate is warm, kind and friendly with a can-do attitude, a passion for service and storytelling; adaptable, versatile and well-groomed
* Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
* Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
* Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
* Applicants must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to attend for interview
* While certification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, applicants with amateur level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical ability are welcome
